Terms of Service

By accessing or using the Devloud platform, applications, and services (collectively, the “Services”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use our Services.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Your continued use of the platform after changes have been posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

Devloud provides a batch-based online learning platform where students enrol in cohort batches, watch gated video lessons, and make installment-based payments. These services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

To access certain features, you must register for an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

Devloud offers batch enrolment with installment payment plans. By enrolling in a batch, you agree to pay all associated fees on the scheduled due dates. All payments are processed securely through Razorpay (INR).

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Devloud and its licensors. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used without our prior written consent.

Course videos, materials, and curricula are protected by copyright. Unauthorised reproduction, distribution, or resale is strictly prohibited.

By posting questions, answers, or other content on the platform (forums, Q&A, community discussions), you grant Devloud a limited, non-exclusive licence to display and moderate that content for the purpose of providing the Services.

You retain ownership of your submitted content. You are solely responsible for ensuring your content does not infringe on third-party rights.

You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:

  Security Breach:

  Attempting to bypass security measures, access restricted content, or exploit platform vulnerabilities.

  Account Sharing:

  Sharing login credentials or batch access with individuals who have not enrolled.

  Content Piracy:

  Recording, reproducing, or distributing course videos or materials without permission.

  Automation Abuse:

  Using scrapers, bots, or automated systems to overload or manipulate our infrastructure.

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka.

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights. If any provision is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect.
