How do I access my enrolled course?expand_more

Go to My Courses from the sidebar. Click "Resume Lesson" on any enrolled course. Lessons gate progressively — complete each one to unlock the next.

My payment was deducted but enrollment didn't activate.expand_more

Payments can take up to 5 minutes to confirm via Razorpay webhooks. If you're still not enrolled after 10 minutes, contact us with your Razorpay payment ID.

How do lab scores work?expand_more

Scores are calculated based on time taken: starting at 100% and decreasing ~1 point per 35 seconds. The minimum is 55%. Completing all steps within the timer earns the full score.

Can I get a refund?expand_more

Yes — we offer refunds within 7 days of purchase if less than 20% of course content has been accessed. Visit our Refund Policy for full details.

How do I switch from student to instructor view?expand_more

If you have the instructor role, use the "Switch to Instructor" button at the bottom of the student sidebar, or navigate to /instructor/dashboard directly.

My certificate isn't appearing.expand_more

Certificates generate automatically once 100% of published lessons are marked complete. Check your progress on the course page. If you've completed all lessons and the certificate is missing, contact support.
